·         1^st slid should contain Title, name(s) with roll no(s), college name etc

·         Use footer for college name/title/page numbers etc

·         Use proper ( minimum with decency) animation

·         Use Ctrl-j for justify the paragraph

·         Heading color/font and contents color/ font should not be the same

·         Always better to write points on the slide and adjust the animation such that point by point should come when u hit the enter key and explain accordingly

·         U should not read the slid

·         Your explanation, speed, content on the slid should be synchronized

·         Practice more, so that u can speak fluently

·         Be care full with the words used by u, normally questions will be based on the same

·         Always use laser pointer and learn how to handle the same

·         Before u start, u should say “respected judges, faculty members and friend, good morning to all” then introduce your self and your topic (at that time 1^st slid should be visible)

·         Prize is based on topic, animation, color bia-ground on the slid, communication skills, confidence on the face, time management, question answers, and over all synchronization.

·         U should have backup in mail, pen drive, and CD etc

·         Neat dressing also makes the difference
